Gardens2you Terms and Conditions

We may change our terms and conditions at anytime, this will only apply to subsequent orders made.

Delivery

We charge £3.99 for delivery for any amount of items and delivery is FREE when you spend over £25 on any items, excluding original delivery charge. Our delivery service will take three to five working days to arrive. We have an option for a speedy delivery service which normal takes 24-48 hours to arrive. This is £6.99 and sent via a courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that this service is available to mainland UK only and excludes the Highlands of Scotland. Worldwide delivery is not available on orders through Gardens2you due to the risk of damage.

Telephone Ordering and Customer Service

We can be contacted on 01933 624084, the office is open Monday- Friday 9am until 5pm. There is an answer phone for all other times so please leave a message and we will get back to you. Telephone orders can be accepted but we can only send to the registered card holders address.

Dispatch

Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours(mon-fri), however we often dispatch the same day if we can. To make it easier we will send you an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched. If you require tracking information for any express parcel please contact us.

Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods

Gardens2you offers a no questions asked 30 day return policy on all goods, except special orders or bespoke items. Simply contact us within 30 days to let us know you are returning the item/items and we will give you a return address. Once we receive the item a refund will be given, this excludes postage costs back to us. If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48hours of delivery. If we do not hear from you within this time we cannot take responsibility for this. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us. All items are guaranteed for a period of six months, this does not include damage or general wear. Please contact us if you receive a faulty item and we will be happy to help you through the process of returning or exchange or refund.

Privacy Policy

Gardens2you is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else. We do not send emails or newsletters unless you have given us permission; we know how annoying that can be! All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
