Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods

Gardens2You offers a no questions asked 30 day return policy on all goods, except special orders or bespoke items. Simply contact us within 30 days to let us know you are returning the item/items and we will give you a return address. Once we receive the item a refund will be given, this excludes postage costs from and to us. If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48hours of delivery. If we do not hear from you within this time we can not take responsibility for this. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us. All items are guaranteed for a period of six months, this does not include damage or general wear.

Failure to fill out and attached the form to the returned item may delay the returns process.

We can be contacted on 01933 624084, the office is open Monday- Friday 9am until 5pm. There is an answerphone for all other times so please leave a message and we will get back to you. Telephone orders can be accepted but we can only send to the registered card holders address.
