As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please make sure you add sales@gardens2you.co.uk to your email address book to stop our emails going to your spam folder.
Delivery Charges
Our basic delivery price is £3.99 for selected accessories and £6.99 for planters and all other items. We offer free delivery if you spend over £100. Next day delivery is also available for £12.99 if ordered by 11am Mon-Thurs it will arrive the next day guaranteed! This is to UK mainland only and excludes the Highlands of Scotland. If you are outside of the mainland please contact us for prices, normally £20 delivery is charged for areas outside of mainland UK, eg: Northern Ireland, Ireland, etc. Please not we do not dispatch to any country outside of the EU.
Dispatch
Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 48 hours, however we often dispatch the next day if we can. To make it easier we will send you an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched. Depending on the postal service it will normaly take 1-4 days to arrive. We use a combination of Royal Mail and courier serivce. If the courier tries to deliver while you are out they will leave a card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery. They will attempt to deliver twice, then the item will be returned to us. If this happens delivery will be charged again or we can refund the order, excluding delivery, if you so wish.
Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods
Gardens2you offers a no questions asked 14 day return policy on all goods, except special orders or bespoke items. Simply contact us within 14 days to let us know you are returning the item/items and we will give you a return address. Once we receive the item a refund will be given, this excludes postage costs from and to us. If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48hours. If we do not hear from you within this time we can not take responsibility for this. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us. We do not guarantee any of our items, however if you feel an item is faulty please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Privacy Policy
Gardens2you is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else. We do not send emails or newsletters unless you have given us permission, we know how annoying that can be! All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
